So what are the best wines to pair with chili? There are plenty of options, especially if you prefer red wines. Look for medium to full-bodied (but not too elegant) white, pink and red wines with ample fruit flavors, and moderate tannins. For red wines, consider Zinfandel, Malbec, Syrah, Tempranillo, Grenache, Carmenere or Rhone-style red blends.

Answer: A VERTICAL TASTING is the name for a tasting of several different vintages of the same wine made by the same producer (example: a vertical tasting of our Cabernet Sauvignon, vintages from 2004 to 2008 inclusive). A vertical tasting shows the evolution of the wine and the effect different growing conditions had on its production.
